Join us for a 6-week online program to learn how you can create a self-care plan in as little as 5-30 minutes a day. Stay healthy so you can provide the best care for your loved one. Taking small actionable steps to move forward, we will prepare and take action to:

  • Learn how to set and stick to your priorities and boundaries

  • Create an environment for success

  • Understand the benefits and consequences of lifestyle choices

  • Eat more whole nutritious foods (yes, you can have chocolate and wine)

  • Find enjoyable, safe movement

  • Get better sleep

  • Understand how you perceive stress so you can minimize its effects on you

  • Get into a healthy mindset

  • Declutter and organize to save time

  • Practice changing habits (this is not about perfection)

  • eGuides on the varying topics

  • Coach’s tips and tricks

  • Individual support from your coach as needed via email/messenger

  • Worksheets/journals

  • A community of like-minded people

  • Weekly Zoom (replays provided)

  • Fun challenges and homework to keep us accountable

Format:

Weekly group Zoom will discuss the week’s topic and allow for Q&A and sharing of personal experiences. Participation will be encouraged; however, a replay will be made available for those unable to attend.

Facebook private group will offer education and tips on the week’s subject. Participants can check in as little or as much as they like. Although the more you participate, the better your success.
